Magnificent rooms with an incredible view of the medieval city. In the evening, the view is really superb. We were greeted warmly, accompanied to our room with explanations of the hotel. We had booked the spa, where we were perfectly welcomed and advised. The pool is super nice. I admit that I do not understand the comments on cleanliness. We have been to this hotel 3 times, and I can tell you that the hygiene is not in doubt, whether in the rooms, the spa, the swimming pool ... We have been in more expensive hotels where it is 'was much dirtier. The only boob where we had a problem (a stain on a towel) the staff were very apologetic and did everything to make us feel right at home.

Beautiful and clean room with an incredible view of the city. Little extra for the round bathtub which can accommodate 2 people, it's really nice. But the big + of the stay was really the kindness and the smiles of the staff who really take care of you from start to finish! In this time of health crisis, it really feels good to see smiles and kindness! In short, we loved our stay and we will come back very soon for sure! Thanks to the Hôtel du Roi!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The room was beautiful, tastefully decorated, with a magnificent view of the city! we thank the staff who were very pleasant, kind, caring... the little extra: the SPA area in the hotel, I was able to enjoy a massage for 45 minutes :) we will be back for sure!
