I had an excellent stay. Many thanks to the reception staff who were really helpful, especially in giving information about the bus to the airport. I also very much appreciated the room being ready at 11.30am so I could leave my luggage there and get changed before heading out to Carcassonne city centre.

Excellent value with a sleek hotel. Hip vibe with the music and decor. We loved it. Beds were comfortable and sleep was good. Pool was a bit small but a bonus. Great location to visit the walled city. Very convenient parking across the street. Park there and go across to check in.

The reception was very welcoming and helped me call a taxi for the airport. They also made sure my sister and I had everything we needed during our stay. In addition, the rooms, while small for an American, are normal for the French. The room was clean and up-to-date regarding the bathroom fixtures. I will definitely stay here again my next visit to Carcassonne.

The hotel is perfectly located at a walking distance from the old citadelle. The staff is very nice and helpful ! the beds could be a little bit larger as the rooms can accommodate it but they are still very nice and confortable. Breakfast is great with local products and the pool definitively a big plus as the city can get very very hot during summer time. Great wifi allowing us to work comfortably as well. Overall a fantastic experience and we will definitively be back
