An excellent 6 night stay at the Pont Levis hotel. The location is ideal for visiting the Cité and the new town. The team is very professional, friendly, the manager is a great professional and caring. The outside setting is very pleasant and the rooms are very well designed. All of the services are at the level of a 4 *, which is becoming increasingly rare in France. Well done and congratulations!

We were able to enjoy a room with jacuzzi for two nights. Perfect stay, the staff is very pleasant, the room is spacious and tastefully decorated. The jacuzzi allows good moments of relaxation. The hotel is very well located, just a stone's throw from the coast. The set perfectly justifies the price. I recommend!

We have been coming back for the holidays for 3 years and we love it !!! Exceptional setting if you like nature (shaded, flowery ...), the swimming pool is extremely well located, always in the sun. You just have to cross the street and you are 2 steps from the Narbonnaise gate. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We always ask for a pool level room that has a terrace.

A charming hotel on the corner of La Cité. We chose this hotel for its location and the detail of its rooms. Everything is spotless. Now we would add that its staff is also excellent, as is the breakfast and parking. Ideal for couples who want to enjoy Carcassonne without rushing and enjoying the gastronomy and wines of the area. Booking has a rating of 9.8 ... and they really deserve it.

A wonderful hotel right next to the main gate of the Cité de Carcassonne but in a location that made it feel quiet and secluded. The décor is stylish and the rooms well appointed with some interesting and quirky features. The rooms open to a terrace and garden to the rear with an open air pool. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Highly recommended.
